Fitness: This challenge is to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day during the week (running, biking, HIIT training, plyometric workouts, yoga, etc). This also includes an initiative to try and get 10 flights of stairs traveled per day.


Sleep: The sleep challenge is to get at least 7 hours of sleep per night during the work week


Purge: Take one unhealthy habit or one unhealthy item from your diet and purge it week to week.The item can change per week, but the goal is to take one that is seen as negative input and remove that from day to day life.
