The Dates: Monday, January 28th - Sunday, February 10th
Points: earn 1 point daily, for each of the below challenges you complete- poosible 6 points per week.
Responses must be entered every 3 days at a minimum.
Take a minimum of 8,000 steps a day
Be positive- ie send a "thank you" email, give a sincere compliment
Bring you breakfast if you normally buy or eat breakfast if you normally skip it
