The Challenge: to target those healthy habits you may need a reminder of after the holiday season

The Dates:  Monday, January 28th - Sunday, February 10th

Points: earn 1 point daily, for each of the below challenges you complete- poosible 6 points per week. Responses must be entered every 3 days at a minimum.

  • Take a minimum of 8,000 steps a day
  • Be positive- ie send a "thank you" email, give a sincere compliment
  • Bring you breakfast if you normally buy or eat breakfast if you normally skip it
  • Avoid sugary beverages (including artificially flavored)
  • Avoid white bread, pasta and rice
  • Avoid candy, chocolate and dessert items

Prizes: 6- $75.00 gift cards will be raffled off

Raffle system: 

  • 42 points- 1 ticket
  • 48 points- 2 tickets
  • 54 points- 3 tickets
  • 60 points- 4 tickets
  • 64 points- 5 tickets(max)
