For 2019 we are starting our own New Year’s resolution the “MeS Steps Challenge”. This will be similar to our past fitness challenges the difference this time it will be a based on total steps accumulated weekly through January 13th until February 16th. Team Prizes will be awarded each week.

Please reach out to Kevin Granberry with the subject line “MeS Steps Challenge” confirming that you want to participate. Click "mailto:kgranberry@merchante-solutions.com?subject=I%20want%20to%20particapate%20in%20the%20MeS%20Steps%20Challenge" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" >HERE to email Kevin. We will be randomly drawing teams and will send out the rosters following that.

For those of you who have participated before, you know the drill. For the new comers, instructions are below to get you started. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to Kevin for any additional info.

Here is how it works:

  • If you are interested, send an email to Kevin Granberry with the subject line “MeS Steps Challenge.”
  • Everyone who participates will be put into a pool and names will be randomly selected and placed on a team.
  • Download the app, “MapMyRun” for free on your phone and start adding your coworkers as a friend on the app.
  • Once we have chosen teams, you will be sent the team rosters  so that you can track everyone’s progress.
  • Log every workout in “MapMyRun.” The app will automatically calculate your miles.
  • Each week we will post results to keep everyone updated and your team lead will provide updates throughout the weeks to help motivate the group

Have fun and “Get to stepping”
