How it works:
Each wellness activity is assigned a point value. The point values can be found at the end of the guide.
As participants complete activities they will record them on the paper log or through Challenge Runner app/website included in the program information. The log will record the activity, dates and point values.
Activities will include those hosted through MDK and outside activities. Some activities will require some form of documentation to be submitted in addition to the log, as outlined in the point values guide. Documentation can include receipts, confirmation
emails, physician's notes, etc. For example, if you sign up for a race you can record it in your log and receive 100 points, but you will need to keep a receipt or confirmation email with your log.
We also have regular challenges planned throughout the year that will offer the opportunity to gain additional points.
All activity must be logged by 12/31/2018 to be eligible for the program.
