The goal for July 2018 is to complete 1500 minutes of fitness (which comes out to 25 hours). This challenge will run from July 1 until July 31. You may not track more than 2 hours of fitness per day; as the whole is to remain consistent throughout the month!
Fitness includes: strenuous walking (with the goal of being fit, not just walking around the mall or walking your dog), any workouts, any time where your heartrate is being pressed.
