July: Walk, Run, Bike  Challenge

We are kicking off a series of monthly wellness challenges with a walk, run, bike challenge.

You can enter one, two or three of these challenges. At the end of July, we will award prizes to the individual winner in each category.

You must enter all activity within 4 days. You can connect a FitBit or other device, or enter data on your own through the ChallengeRunner app or website.

We encourage you to submit photos of your activities.
