Who can be the most consistant with exercise as we start the summer? Let's see!

The person with the highest number of workouts gets $100.


  1. Workouts must be logged on Strava and must show either GPS or Heart Rate for the entire duration (no manually workouts!)

  2. Workouts must be at least 30 minutes long

  3. Only one workout per day will be counted towards the challenge

  4. These workout types will be allowed:
    1. Running
    2. Cycling
    3. Swimming
    4. Strength Training (remember to log your heart rate or it won't count!)
