The 3 Miles a Day for 30 Days fitness challenge encourages you to develop a regular fitness plan as part of your overall wellness strategy. If you've already adopted a routine fitness plan, this challenge hopes to bring you a dose of fun for continued motivation, whether you participate as an individual or as part of a team.


  1. Engage in 3 miles worth of physical activity each day, Monday through Friday. Weekends are excluded.
  2. Participate in the challenge for all 30 days.
  3. Be accountable.
