Welcome to Yogis get fit - and the save Mari's life challenge, you are part of this whether you want to be or not!
The rules are quite simple:
The challenge will start Sunday January 14 and continue through March 26.
You will use Challenge Runner to log your progress daily/weekly. Challenge Runner can be accessed as an app on a smart phone or online. Daily logging shouldn’t take more than 30 seconds, but everyone
is busy, so competitors will have up to 3 days to log their activities. Weekly activities are recorded Sunday to Saturday. Competitors will earn points through the following challenges:
Servings of fruit or veggies (daily)
8oz glasses of water (daily)
Getting at least half your family involved in a fitness activity (weekly)
Strength Training, doing one of Damon's special Yogi workouts(weekly)
Get Outside (daily)
Sleep at least 7 hours at night (daily)
Weight loss percentage (weekly)
How many times eating out, 0-1, 2-4, or 5+, (weekly)
Each challenge will be weighted differently, with the heaviest weight on weight loss percentage and steps, as those are our ultimate goal. And Saving Mari's life.
