What better way to tackle that getting fit new years resolution than to have somone challenging you?
Entry Fee is $15
Each participant will weigh in with Taye at the beginning of the challenge and your weight will be recorded accordingly.
Each participant will have the ability to earn points for the following:
1 point for each pound lost each week
1 point for every 10000 steps recorded on a device (fitbit, misfit, phone app, etc) daily
1 point for consuming 64 ounces of water in a day
1 point for avoiding sweets, chips, popcorn, chezits, pastries, etc. during a day
1 point for avoiding fast food or fried foods during a day
1 point for sleeping 7 or more hours in a night.
Each participant will weigh in with Taye each week, and will update your log in this app by 12 noon the following day, at any time someone can challenge you to seeing your steps on your recorded device. Persons who do not update their log by 12 noon the
following day, or submit their walking log as requested will be subject to being disqualified. Each week we will send out an update of everyone's standings to keep the momentum going and at the end of the 6 weeks the person with the most points wins the pot.
