Sleep Well Challenge

  • Nov 1 – Nov 30 (individual challenge):

-Reduce stress, improve your memory, and maintain a healthy weight by challenging yourself to get the recommended 7-9 hours of sleep per night

  • Points tracking:

-Earn/record 1 point for every hour of sleep during the night.

-Eligible to earn 7-9 points per night.


-6.5 hours of sleep = 0 points

-7.5 hours of sleep = 7.5 points

-8 hours of sleep = 8 points

-10 hours of sleep = 0 points

-Day of record is the morning you wake up

  • Individuals earn 7 wellness credits at 150 points
  • Prizes for top 3 individuals:

-NovoFit drawstring bag

-Memory foam travel pillow

-In the event of a tie, raffle will be held as a tie-breaker

* Wellness Credits earned will be recorded by the Wellness Team (they will not be visible in the Wellness Portal).
