Whether you have a 6 pack, 12 pack or a keg 8), this challenge is a great way to tighten and strengthen your abdominal muscles.  

 

This month we will complete 4 exercises  each day (sans rest days) and enter 1 point for each exercise you complete. See the correct way to accomplish each exercise below:
