No, we're not talking about belching!! That's a completely different challenge. 

A Burpee is a full body exercise used in strength training and aerobic exercises. The basic movement is performed in four steps known as "four-count Burpee".

Challenge Runner Point Accumulation:

Log in 1 point for each Burpee you complete per day. If you did 10 Burpee's on day 1, you will enter 10 for that day. 

This is a high energy activity. The attached challenge gives suggestions on how many burpees should be completed per day. Please modify if necessary and always Burpee responsibly!
