Coosa Valley Fitness Challenge is a fun and easy program for motivating Team Members to get more physically active, make healthier choices, and to develop healthy eating habits. The fitness challenge is 4 weeks and will begin on Monday July 3,2017 and will
end on Monday July 31,2017. Participants will log their actvities each day using the Challenge Runner.com tracker or the paper log provided by the Employee Wellness Task Force.
