HB Life's 30 Day Plank Challege


In 30 days, we will build our way up to a 5 minute plank exercise.  

Planking is a core strength exercise that involves maintaining a difficult position for an extended period of time. 


This challenge conditions us to achieve our 30 day goal by instructing us "small" intervals of time each day, to help us build up the core strength we will need to hold a plank for 5 whole minutes on day 30.  Sounds simple right?  Chime in on the leader board  chat and let me know how your first 5 seconds felt!
