Spring Challenge - Starts March 20 and runs through June 20. The challenge is to exercise at least 1500 minutes, or 500 minutes a month. Each participant can set their goal higher.
Any form of exercise counts, walking, running, exercise classes, any exercise machines, swimming.
Does not include daily work routine, must be exercise you do outside of work.
