-Modify squats by angling your feet outward to put less weight on your knees OR hold onto a chair or stable surface while completing your workout.

-Partner up with a friend to keep eachother accountable for your daily workouts.

-Establish a routine by picking the best time of day and set an alarm daily.

Your name will be entered into the raffle for each monthly challenge that you participate in.

If you participate in (1) monthly challenge you will have a single entry. If you participate in (2) monthly challenges, you will have (2) entries and so forth.
