Choose a 30 day challenge: Physical, Self Improvement, or Just Say NO! Choose only 1 category. However, your activity in that category can be anything you would like it to be as long as
you are truly working on bettering your wellness. Identify your challenge on the top of the journal provided. Starting on January 16th you will begin keeping such a journal. I will email the journal to participants by the Friday (January 13th) before the challenge
starts. You are to self-report on a daily basis on the provided journal, whether, or not, you achieved daily goal. The challenge is based on Scouts Honor, so please police yourself accordingly. Each Tuesday, starting January 24th, you will then take a picture
of your Journal and submit it via the Challenge Runner website. Submissions are as follows: 1/24, 1/31, 2/7, & 2/14
If you fall short a day or two (no more than two), you are still available for all raffle prizes EXCEPT for the $100 Grand Prize.
All prizes are done on a raffle basis. You must submit the picture of your journal on a weekly basis on the dates outlined above.
