Fall can be a rough time for fitness. This simple challenge will incorporate steps and minutes of other exercise to encourage all of us to get up and moving between Thanksgiving and Christmas! Each 1000 steps will garner one point as will 10 minutes of other exercise. Please note that if you wear a fitness tracker during a form of exercise, such as a Zumba class, you must choose between counting the steps OR the minutes of exercise. Please don't "double dip" by counting the same activity in two categories.
