This holiday season we are challenging you to Maintain, Don't Gain! With the support of your co-workers, we encourage you to stay healthy and avoid the extra weight most Americans gain during the winter months. What tips and tricks will help you stay on track?
The goal is to maintain your pre-holiday weight within 3 pounds for the duration of the challenge. Your name will be entered into the raffle for each week you achieve the goal. If you miss your goal one week, do not worry, you will still be eligible to earn the incentive the following week be meeting the goal for that week.
